1. The ball used is a Size 4 Mitre Ball for Futsal.

2. Each team must contain 5 players and 7 reserve players.

3. There will be a total of 2 referees and 1 timekeeper.

4. The match uses PSSI 2020 regulations.

5. (Group stage)  A win is 3 points, a draw is 1 point, and a loss is 0 points.

6. The team with the most and second most points will go to the knockout round.

7. (Knockout Round) Once the scores of both teams are tied, a penalty shootout will determine the winner.

8. (Group stage) Each match uses 2x15 minutes of gross time, where halftime is 5 minutes.

9. Every team must show up on time and proceed to registration in PENABUR Secondary Kelapa Gading.

10. Players must use knee pads, players without knee pads are prohibited from playing.

11. It is compulsory for all players to wear long socks.

12. Each team must be accompanied by a companion, namely a coach or teacher for each match. If a team is not accompanied by a companion, the team will be disqualified.

13. Players are required to bring the name tag that was given at the technical meeting. Participants who lose their name tag will be fined Rp 50,000 and will not be allowed to participate in the competition that day.

14. Yellow cards are subject to a fine of Rp.30,000.00 and a Red card is subject to a fine of Rp. 50,000.00

15. Every team that is not present at the game clock will be waited for 10 minutes. If not present after 10 minutes, a walkout will be declared and the WO money will be forfeited.

16. One group is not allowed to have members from different schools. Each school is only allowed to send 1 team to compete per category.

17. The referee's decision is a final decision that cannot be changed or substituted.

18. Substitutions can be made unlimitedly as long as there are only 5 players on the field.

19. Players must show sportsmanship and good behavior.

20. Participants are required to abide by The Premiere 2025 General

Rules and Regulations without exception.
