The theme of the speech and the rundown of the competition are given out during the technical meeting. 

Participants are given 20 minutes to prepare their speech on the day of the competition. 

All speeches are done onsite and in front of the present judges and audience. 

The duration of each participant’s speech is between 4 (four) minutes to 5 (five) minutes. 

Each participant has the right to receive personal feedback and comment from the present judges. 

Plagiarism is not tolerated and results in immediate disqualification. 

Participants are required to abide by The Premiere 2025 General Rules and Regulations without exception.
