Participants must abide by all the rules and regulations of the Asian Preliminary Debate Format 

Rules of the Asian Parliamentary format will be re-explained during the Technical Meeting.

No Phones or the usage of devices is allowed during the competition

Violation of the rule will result in disqualification

Bringing personal printed materials to the competition is not prohibited

If there are an odd number of teams in the registration, the committee will form a swing team.

Participants are required to abide by The Premiere 2025 General Rules and Regulations without exception.

Each member of a team has to be from the same school
